1. The store: Trnisa is an Egyptian brand selling modest skirts online, shipping to every governorate in Egypt.

2. Products and prices: We aim to show accurate photos and descriptions; colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change without notice; the price shown when your order is confirmed applies.

3. Orders and confirmation: Our team contacts you within 48 hours to confirm your order. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you or the item is unavailable, and we will let you know. Your height and weight are required when ordering so we can set the right skirt length.

4. Payment and delivery: Cash on delivery, with the option to inspect the item before paying. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.

5. Exchanges and returns: Available within 14 days under our exchanges and returns policy.

6. Privacy: We handle your data under our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property: All photos, text and the logo belong to Trnisa and may not be used without written permission.
