Exchanges & Returns Policy

• You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition.
• If the item has a defect or we sent the wrong size, Trnisa covers all shipping costs.
• In all other cases, the customer pays the shipping cost.
• Exchanged pieces arrive within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
